Leveling farmer in Dofus Unity: tiers, areas and automation
Farmer is the densest harvesting profession in Dofus Unity: 13 cereals across 322 maps and 2,989 spots, over nine spots per map on average — up to sixteen in the Cania Fields. It is the profession where you walk the least and harvest the most.
This page gives the real tiers, the fields where each cereal is truly dense, what our farmer bot sessions measured, and what automation changes.

The profession in brief
What the data says about farmer, and what guides copied from Dofus Retro still tell.
Up to level 200, a cereal every twenty levels
Wheat at level 1, barley at 20, oats at 40, then a cereal every twenty levels — two at level 100 (rice and rye) and two at level 200 (frostiz and quisnoa).
The scythe is not a harvesting tool
In Unity, scythes are combat weapons whose required level is the character's. They have no effect on harvesting. You harvest with nothing equipped.
The densest profession in the game
Nine spots per map on average, against two for lumberjack: fields are full maps. Travel matters little, competition on the maps a lot.
The 13 cereals and their tier
Maps and spots come from EZGather's map reference data; prices are the average prices of one of the game's servers, recorded on September 10, 2026 and refreshed daily. They vary from one server to another: read them as a ballpark.

Wheat, barley and hops make nearly 60% of what our sessions harvest. Rice and corn grow in a single sub-area each (Akwadala, the Otomai Grassy Plains); quisnoa is worth 719 kamas a unit, across 44 spots in the whole world.
Where to harvest each cereal
For each resource, the densest sub-area among those with at least five maps. The second-to-last column is the one that matters: how many harvests you make before changing screen. The last one is the in-game command to the nearest zaap; one click copies it.

Ingalsse Field for tiers 1 to 40
Wheat, barley and oats exceed twelve spots per map there across six to eleven maps, next to the Amakna zaap. It is the profession's starting sequence, and it fits on a screen or two.
The Cania Fields take over from 60 to 100
Hops, flax and rye are at their best there — up to sixteen flax spots per map, the highest density in the whole reference data. Two sub-areas cover the first hundred levels.
Past level 120, each cereal has its island
Rice in Akwadala, corn in the Otomai Grassy Plains, millet at Stone Teeth, frostiz in Frigost, quisnoa in Crocuzko. One sub-area per tier, and often the only one in the world.
What our farmer sessions measure
Across 29 bot sessions where cereals were harvested, 60.1 hours in total. The highest throughput of the five professions: fields are dense, you walk little.
Throughput measures the whole session, travel, fights and bank trips included. It depends on the sequence played: a sequence harvesting two professions on the same maps splits its minute between both.
Manual or automated
A farmer session is mostly harvesting: fields are dense, travel is short, and the inventory fills fast. It is also the profession where you meet the most other players on the same maps.
| By hand | With EZGather | |
|---|---|---|
| Finding the cereals | Visually, map by map | Read from the data the game sends: number and exact position of the available cereals |
| Travel between maps | Manual | The sequence, replayed map by map |
| Travel between areas | Zaaps and transports by hand | Automatic inter-area navigation |
| Full inventory | Manual bank trip | Automatic bank deposit, then the sequence resumes |
| Long session | Constant attention | Time scheduling, variable pauses |
How much does a Dofus farmer bot earn with EZGather?
Preset to farmer. The measured pace of our sessions, what the world can supply, and competition on the spots — pick your hours and your cereals, the calculation follows.
Average prices recorded on one of the game's servers on September 10, 2026 and refreshed daily. They change from one server to another and from one day to the next: a ballpark, not a quote.
How it is calculated
- The bot's pace: between that of our weakest sessions and that of our best ones, set by the pessimistic / optimistic slider, corrected by your mix's density relative to ours (square root of the ratio, bounded between 0.5 and 1.5), and slowed by the pressure above 40%.
- What the world can supply: for each resource, the spots reachable in one hour, its spots × 6 regrowths or 120 maps × its density, whichever is smaller, × units per harvest, minus the pressure.
- We gather the smaller of the two, resource by resource. A rare resource caps fast: 24 hours on elm wood alone is 65 spots in the whole game, not your lumberjack pace.
- Regrowth is set at ten minutes and the route at one map every thirty seconds: orders of magnitude, not measurements.
How the EZGather bot handles farmer
A harvesting bot only: no combat, no marketplace, no maging. On a harvesting sequence:
- You create the sequence once — map by map on the world map, each map's resources displayed from the same reference data as the tables above. How do I create, edit or delete my own sequence?
- You filter on farmer, and even on the cereals: no wheat in the inventory when you harvest flax. How do I configure a sequence (resources, disabled maps, options)?
- It knows where the resources are: the game sends the number and exact position of the available cereals on the map, the bot goes straight to them — on a full field, that is where speed is decided. How does harvesting work on a map?
- It handles a full inventory: detection, trip to the bank, deposit, back to the exact point of the sequence. What does the bot do when the inventory is full?
- It does not modify the Dofus client: it reads what the game sends, then simulates clicks and keyboard like a player.Does EZGather modify game files or my computer?
- Several sequences make a circuit, with pauses and travel between areas: that is what you launch for a long session. How do I create a circuit?
- It does not run 24/7: time slots, pauses that vary. A deliberate choice — see below. What is scheduling and how does it work?

Before launching a farmer bot: the ban risk
Automation is against Ankama's terms of use and exposes you to a sanction up to a permanent ban. We do not promise undetectability: what EZGather does is reduce the most obvious signals. A risk reduction, not a guarantee.
Frequently asked questions
How do you level farmer to 200 in Dofus Unity?
By reaping, at each tier, the highest cereal your level allows: wheat from level 1, barley at 20, oats at 40, hops at 60, flax at 80, then rice, rye, malt, hemp, corn, millet, frostiz and quisnoa up to 200. Your job level unlocks cereals, it does not change how much you reap: what makes the difference is the density of the field and how busy it is — farmer is the most concentrated job in the game, hence the table and the areas above. EZGather chains those maps for you, on the route you choose; it does not level the job faster than the game allows, it does it without you.
At which level does each cereal unlock?
Wheat at level 1, barley at 20, oats at 40, hops at 60, flax at 80, rice and rye at 100, malt at 120, hemp at 140, corn at 160, millet at 180, frostiz and quisnoa at 200. The full table is above.
Do you need a scythe to harvest?
No. In Dofus Unity, scythes are combat weapons with no effect on harvesting. You harvest with nothing equipped. Guides listing scythe tiers describe Dofus Retro.
What is the best area to start leveling farmer?
Ingalsse Field in Amakna: over twelve spots of wheat, barley and oats per map, next to the zaap. The first three tiers fit on a handful of maps.
Does EZGather work on Dofus Retro or Dofus Touch?
No. EZGather is built for Dofus Unity only: map, area and resource data are maintained for that version and that version alone.
Can the bot level several professions at once?
Yes. The filter accepts several professions at the same time — farmer and alchemist for instance — and on a mixed map, the resources of all active professions are harvested.
How many kamas does a farmer session bring?
It depends on the price of cereals on your server, which moves every week, and on the sequence you play. This page's calculator starts from our measured throughput and the average prices of one of the game's servers; replace them with yours.
