Terms of Sale

EZGather is automation software provided as remote digital access.

EZGather plans are priced in euros including all taxes (VAT). The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of subscription.

EZGather reserves the right to offer different access plans. Prices may vary based on promotional periods or changes to available plans.

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, our certified payment partner.

Accepted payment methods:

• ●Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Stripe manages the entire payment process, billing, and bank data security in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. EZGather does not collect or store your bank data.

Subscription duration:

• ●Monthly or quarterly plans available
• ●Automatic renewal on subscription anniversary

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), unless you expressly asked for access to the service to start immediately. In that case, if you withdraw before the end of the period, you remain liable for the part of the service already provided; once the period has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

The withdrawal form is available on request at support@ezgather.io.

An EZGather subscription grants access to a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. Subject to the right of withdrawal described in the previous article, no refund is granted, including for a period already started or an unused subscription.

You remain in control of your spending: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the renewal; your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

Exceptionally, and at EZGather's sole discretion, a goodwill gesture may be considered in the event of duplicate billing, a charge taken after cancellation, or a prolonged service outage attributable to EZGather. In such cases, write to support@ezgather.io.

EZGather reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Notice: Changes will be communicated with a 30-day notice period via email or in-app notification.

Current subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal date.

Access to EZGather software is provided immediately after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is performed.

EZGather is provided "as-is" without express or implied warranty.

We do not warrant:

• ●The absence of bugs or errors
• ●Compatibility with your Dofus configuration
• ●The absence of sanctions from the game's publisher

You accept to use the software at your own risk.

EZGather shall not be liable for:

• ●Ankama/Dofus sanctions (bans, suspensions, etc.)
• ●Economic losses or data loss
• ●Loss of earnings
• ●Non-compliant uses of the software by the user
• ●Service interruptions
• ●Direct or indirect damages

Maximum liability: Limited to the amount paid by the user.

EZGather is not affiliated with Ankama or Dofus. EZGather is independently developed third-party software.

The use of EZGather is not endorsed or approved by Ankama. Dofus and Ankama are registered trademarks of their respective owner.

You agree to verify the legality and compliance of EZGather usage with Dofus/Ankama Terms of Use before any use.

EZGather is not liable if:

• ●The use of the software violates the conditions imposed by Dofus
• ●This results in sanctions from Ankama

You agree to indemnify and hold EZGather harmless from any claim, lawsuit, or damage arising from your use of the software, including:

• ●Ankama sanctions
• ●Legal proceedings
• ●Damages to third parties

Access to EZGather is personal and non-transferable.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• ●Resell or rent your access
• ●Transfer your subscription to another person
• ●Share your login credentials
• ●Use multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to maintain your account security and notify EZGather immediately of any unauthorized use.

EZGather is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your personal security weakness.

EZGather reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

• ●You violate these Terms of Sale
• ●You use the software for unauthorized commercial purposes
• ●You attempt to circumvent technical restrictions
• ●You endanger the security of the service

No refund will be granted in case of suspension for violation.

EZGather reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.

Modifications take effect immediately and will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.

These Terms of Sale are drafted in French and translated into English and Spanish. In case of divergence or ambiguity, the French version prevails.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation, execution, or violation will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in France. French law applies regardless of conflicts of law.
